The biggest impact is Maegen's great sessions. They have developed me to be the best me. They really opened my eyes to the fact that Positive Affirmations do work. Also, meditation works. Since I have started I made a vision board. I have been writing and saying my affirmations until they manifest. Maegen is truly amazing. I meet with her two times a week. I look forward to those days. I love meeting with her.

Maegen is an energy inducer in the office, when she is gone, you can feel the difference in the office. Maegen is a massive intangible for Defend Your Home... I can message her and she responds very quickly to help in any way she can whether that is giving advice, helping getting my mind right by doing breathing techniques and meditations, or just talking through issues either personal or professional. I feel I can come to her with anything and know I won't be judged. Herself and what she does raises my energy level and focus to go out there and get deals. Not only with things in work, she helps me with things outside of work as well. Her routines help me get focused and raise my energy level.

First of all, Maegen's meditations and affirmations are incredible. The positive impact of meditation on my life has been instrumental for my success. I'm a huge advocate of meditation, due to the scientific research on its vast effects on the structure of the brain. Not only does the practice develop the prefrontal cortex and help with decision making, regulation of emotions and short-term memory, but it also has profound effects on my crew's mindsets when going out in the field. Because as we all know, if you can't control our mind, you can't control your day. I feel like Maegen has played an important role in bringing meditation to the office culture and it could not be more powerful to have a team of skilled people in the right state of mind.

Maegen has had a huge impact on my life in terms of work, but also outside of work in terms from a life standpoint. My perspective as a person has changed significantly, from eliminating all negative energy and allowing me to do what's best for me and allowing me to perform as best as I can. The morning affirmations and meditation practices have cleared my consciousness and allowed me to focus on the bigger picture and to achieve it. It's crazy how something as small as taking 30 minutes out of your day to focus on yourself and envision your goals and how you will succeed at them has changed my outlook on life... AND IT WORKS! Huge shoutout to Maegen for helping me cleanse my body, spirit, emotions, and ethical values as a whole and opening me up, allowing me to be the best me I can be!

I have only had two experiences with Maegen's services so far, but they both have helped me tremendously! After both sessions I went into the day more energized and with greater mental clarity, even felt as though a mental cloud (ie roadblock) was alleviated. Definitely will be utilizing Maegen's services in the future.

Maegen's sessions have been very beneficial to my growth at the company. She helps keep you calm when you're on a rocky ship and alleviates pressure I have felt in the past with this being a 100% commission job. No matter the issue, she works with you she is patient and works with you until the issue is solved. I know for a fact that she has helped with retention and growth in the office. Her presence is very much needed and appreciated.

I absolutely LOVED the quick 5 minute group session we did with the whole office! I've noticed that every time we've done a session, I'm able to focus more on the positive things in my life which is incredibly helpful when I get rude people at doors. It also helps me think how badly I want success which is super motivating for me throughout my day! I look forward to the next session!

Maegen has been incredibly helpful for my development at Defend Your Home! As a new sales rep, I'd never heard of an affirmation or anything like that so at first I thought it was pretty goofy. After using what I've learned from Maegen, I've definitely seen a shift for the better at work and at home. The day we all did our affirmation for 5 minutes before heading out to the field when we pulled in 13 deals was pretty awesome to be part of. I remember doing an early morning workout where Maegen led us through a meditation session and I had a huge day after that! I'm grateful she's here to teach us how to apply the mindfulness practices because they've changed my life since I started here!

I first set an appointment with Maegen after she spoke to us about her story and services she provides for all of us at Defend Your Home. I've had plenty of my own issues, and while I know how to keep them separate from the workplace, it was so helpful to know that the company I work for not only truly cares about me as a person, but is willing to go above and beyond to help facilitate positive personal changes and help their employees grow in aspects more than profitability. Maegen was able to help me gain a better perspective and implement better thinking and habits into my life. What was so awesome is that she gave me exercises, routines, and other things to implement before and after my work day. Once I started taking the steps, not only was I happier, but I was able to make more out of my experience at Defend Your Home, helping my checks get bigger and helping the company grow as a result. You can tell she's genuine and truly has a passion for helping others because she's been through battles. We all have, but again knowing your workspace doesn't view it simply as a means to an end means more than I could ever put into words.

I have only been seeing Maegen as a life coach for about 3 weeks. I have been meditating and writing my affirmations as she has instructed me to, daily (not to the extent I should), but I am already seeing major changes in my life. Things are really turning around for me. I have had a pretty rough life, a lot of different traumas over the years. I had always bouncee back from them, however the last one I went through had all the old trauma impacts coming back and I felt like I was drowning and no hope left in my life. I am so happy to say I don't feel that way anymore at all. I have secured a new position with a new company, it's a promotion not only in title but also in pay! I'm getting excited about life again and I not only have home in the future, but in my personal future! Words can not express how much Maegan has helped me and how much I appreciate her! I don't know where I would be right now without her coaching and guidance! I would recommend anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their lives to work with Maegan! She is highly intuitive and if your issue is something she doesn't specialize in, she knows someone else who is perfect to refer you to! In short Maegan is simply AMAZING!!
