A few tips! 💚

– Get clear on your exact intention. Your intention is everything and will drastically effect how the medicine interacts 
– Come dressed in comfortable clothes, all white or at least lighter colored 
– Release all expectations, what the medicine brings you (or has you release) in ceremony is always exactly what you were supposed to get 
– Directly message David or Maegen any information about current medications 
– We highly reccomend straying from meats, artifical sugars, alcohol or any mind altering substance at least 3 days prior to ceremony
